In resting in this awareness, peace, joy, and a quiet awe naturally arise, revealing the true ground of our being.

Treating the Mind Like a Muscle
Through mindfulness, we begin to notice our thoughts running nonstop and the stress that comes with it. Like a muscle overworked with crunches, the mind can become strained—but with awareness and gentle practice, we can “stop crunching” and rest, building mental strength and clarity over time.
