Cancellation Policy

BOOKING, CANCELLATION, & RESCHEDULING • Session requests are subject to approval. Your booking is confirmed only once you receive and pay the invoice. • Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and MUST be communicated directly via email. Sessions cannot be canceled automatically online. • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or no-shows will result in loss of the full $125 session fee. --- CONVERSION CREDIT & REFUNDS • $75 of the $125 Assessment fee is credited toward the 6-Week Foundational Path package. • This credit is valid only if the package is purchased within 7 calendar days of your Assessment session. • To redeem your credit, you MUST email me directly BEFORE purchasing the package. A custom invoice reflecting the $525 discounted price will then be issued. • The $125 fee for the Core Practice Assessment is non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
