About the event
Join us for a mindfulness meditation class on Central Park's serene Great Hill! Class begins with a brief introduction, followed by a ~30 minute guided meditation, and ends with discussion and Q&A. During the practice, our instructor & coach will guide you through various mindfulness techniques to enhance present-moment awareness, reduce stress, and realize inner peace. Whether you're a complete beginner or have years of practice, this session is open to all levels. Come unwind, destress, and connect with others in a supportive environment.
We'll meet at the 106th Street & Central Park West park entrance at 6:25 PM, and we'll walk up to the Great Hill together! Feel free to bring something comfortable to sit on (like a mat or blanket), water, and sun protection.
