About the event
Start the weekend off right with a 1-hour meditation class at Liberated Fitness on the UWS. We’ll begin with a short intro, move into ~30 minutes of guided meditation, and close with group reflection and Q&A followed by a social time with drinks and snacks. You’ll be guided through simple mindfulness practices to reduce stress, enhance awareness, and find inner calm. Secular meditation practice, open to all levels — from complete beginners to seasoned meditators. Come unwind, de-stress, and connect with others in a supportive space.
