Join us for a mindfulness meditation class. Class begins with a brief introduction, followed by a ~30 minute guided meditation, and ends with discussion and Q&A. During the practice, our instructor & coach will guide you through various mindfulness techniques to enhance present-moment awareness, reduce stress, and realize inner peace. Whether you're a complete beginner or have years of practice, this session is open to all levels. Come unwind, destress, and connect with others in a supportive environment.
