This 5 week program provides foundational mindfulness techniques tailored for individuals new to meditation, focusing on stress relief, present moment awareness, and relaxation.

  • Initial Consultation (30 mins)

    • One-on-one video call to discuss goals, challenges, and current stressors

  • Custom Meditation Plans 

    • Tailored weekly plans outlining​ daily practice schedule and recommended technique

  • Guided Live Sessions

    • 5 live, weekly, virtual coaching sessions (45 mins) including discussion of weekly plans, technique teaching, guided practice, discussion and Q&A

  • Progress Tracking & Feedback​

    • Weekly email check-ins to assess progress and adjust meditation plans as needed

  • Discount Bonus 

    • 10% discount on subsequent programs and plans

Continuity Plan

Monthly recurring sessions for individuals seeking ongoing mindfulness services to promote long-term well-being and enhanced mindful awareness.
