This comprehensive 4-week course is designed to take you from "interested" to "consistent." In a supportive small-group setting, you will learn the essential mechanics of mindfulness and how to transition from effortful technique to effortless being. The Curriculum: • Week 1: The Neurobiology of Stress & Peace Understanding your nervous system and establishing your anchor (Breath & Body). • Week 2: Working with the Wandering Mind Learning the art of "Returning" and de-conditioning the stress response. • Week 3: Emotion & Sensation Moving from thinking to feeling. How to be present with difficult emotions. • Week 4: Integration & "Being" Taking the practice off the cushion. How to live mindfully in a busy world. What's Included: • 4 Live 60-Minute Sessions: Guided practice, teaching, and group Q&A. • Weekly Home Practice Plan: Simple, actionable steps to build your daily habit. • Community Connection: Learn alongside peers who are on the same journey. Who This Is For: Beginners seeking a structured start, or experienced meditators looking to refresh their foundation with a scientific and philosophical lens.

Cancellation Policy
REGISTRATION & PAYMENT • Full Payment: Registration is confirmed only upon full payment of the course fee. • Cohort Commitment: This is a closed 4-week cohort. Registration closes 24 hours before the first session to ensure group cohesion. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS • 7-Day Notice: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the course start date. • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable, but may be credited toward a future cohort at our discretion. • Missed Sessions: No partial refunds or credits are offered for missed sessions during the 4-week course. Recordings of each session will be provided for you to catch up. COURSE ACCESS • Virtual Link: You will receive a single Google Meet link for all 4 sessions via email upon registration. • Materials: Weekly home practice plans and recordings will be sent via email after each live session.
