This session is designed to initiate or refine your journey toward effortless awareness. The format is structured, but the content is fully custom and present-focused—I meet you exactly where your practice needs support today. My Philosophy: Peace, contentment, and subtle joy are the inherent nature of our being. We explore how meditation techniques (the Doing) are the tools that return us to our Natural State of Pure Presence (the Being) and how to integrate these practices into daily life in order to live mindfully. My secular guidance is rooted in the synthesis of modern neuroscience and traditional meditation practices. The Intentional Session Flow: Every 60-minute Assessment ensures maximum clarity and alignment: • Assessment: Deep dive into your current challenges, goals, motivation, and past experience. • Core Discussion: Distinguish between meditation as a tool and Pure Presence as the goal, applying concepts to your unique life. • Custom Practice: A 15–20 minute guided meditation practice is delivered and recorded in the moment to introduce techniques and experience formal meditation. • Strategy & Q&A: Develop a custom practice and define clear, practical steps for integration into your daily life. Who This Session Is For: • New Clients (The Foundation): A high-value way to map your path and get a custom blueprint. • Alumni (The Refinement): Advanced troubleshooting to restore presence after acute stressors or aid in the next step of your personal meditation journey. Special Offer for New Clients: If you purchase The Foundational Path to Pure Presence package within 7 days, $75 of your $125 fee will be credited toward the package price. Cancellation Policy
BOOKING, CANCELLATION, & RESCHEDULING • Session requests are subject to approval. Your booking is confirmed only once you receive and pay the invoice. • Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and MUST be communicated directly via email. Sessions cannot be canceled automatically online. • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or no-shows will result in loss of the full $125 session fee. --- CONVERSION CREDIT & REFUNDS • $75 of the $125 Assessment fee is credited toward the 6-Week Foundational Path package. • This credit is valid only if the package is purchased within 7 calendar days of your Assessment session. • To redeem your credit, you MUST email me directly BEFORE purchasing the package. A custom invoice reflecting the $525 discounted price will then be issued. • The $125 fee for the Core Practice Assessment is non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
