Rounding Edges’ mission is to make meditation and its benefits accessible and approachable for you. Founded and led by Sean Phillips—a former medical student and neurobiology graduate—his approach blends scientific expertise, personal experience, and a deep passion for teaching. At its core, Rounding Edges helps people realize that peace, joy, and contentment are the nature of our being. Why does that matter? Because life can be too difficult not to have a peaceful resting place. 

 

Rounding Edges’ unique, coaching-based, approach offers personalized meditation instruction tailored to meet you where you are. For individuals, we provide private coaching and public group classes. For businesses and organizations, we offer corporate wellness programs designed to reduce stress, enhance focus, and foster happier, more harmonious workplaces.
