Big News: We Are Transitioning the Meetup Platform & Expanding Our Online Meditation Coaching and Courses

To our wonderful Meetup community: Manhattan Mindfulness Meditation Group (MMMG),

bow bridge Central Park NYC

Since we started on Meetup, it has been an incredible journey practicing mindfulness together. But as our group has grown, so has our vision for what we can offer.

To truly support your practice—not just occasional drop-ins, but deep, consistent growth—we needed a new home.

We are officially transitioning our community hub from Meetup to the Rounding Edges website.

Why the change?

Moving to our own platform allows us to offer more robust meditation training and personalized support that just isn't possible on social platforms.

We are thrilled to introduce four new virtual ways to practice with us:

1. New Weekly Introductory Classes A space to learn about mindfulness, do a short practice, and determine which of our deeper programs is right for you.

2. New 4-Week Meditation Courses For those asking for more structure, we are launching 4-week curriculums. These small-group cohorts will take you through the foundations of mindfulness step-by-step, helping you build a habit that sticks.

3. Private 1-on-1 Coaching Meditation is personal. Private coaching helps you integrate mindfulness into your actual life—your work, your relationships, and your stress triggers. We work together to build a custom plan that fits your specific needs.

4. Mindful Moment (Alumni Group) For graduates of our 4-week courses and 1-1 coaching programs, the journey doesn't end after the final session. We offer an exclusive, bi-weekly online practice group designed to help you sustain your momentum. This is a space for ongoing accountability, advanced discussion, and deepening your practice with a dedicated circle of peers.

Warmly,

Sean
